Senior Content Strategist & Narrative Lead

Position Overview

We’re looking for a senior content professional who can think critically, write with clarity, and bring structure to complex ideas. This role requires someone strong at analysis, synthesis, and narrative-building — someone who can independently convert scattered, raw inputs into clear, compelling content.

Alongside our engineering work, we lead select high-impact initiatives where technology, human stories, and social change come together. This role is dedicated to one such flagship initiative focused on youth, learning, and digital access.

Key ResponsibilitiesNarrative & Content Development

• Produce high-quality content such as briefs, strategic documents, concept notes, and analytical pieces.
• Craft clear, logical narratives from ambiguous or unstructured inputs.
• Ensure consistency, precision, and coherence across all written material.

Compensation Range

8 LPA – 18 LPA (depending on skills and experience)

Work Commitment and Location

Role : Full time (8 hr shift) from 10 am to 7 pm

Working days : Monday to Friday

Location : On-site (Dehradun)

Languages : Hindi + English (bilingual fluency is essential)
