Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, selling opportunities, and emerging market trends.
- Actively prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and social media platforms.
- Set up meetings with potential clients to understand their needs, preferences, and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the company's offerings.
- Track and report sales performance, preparing regular reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Ensure availability of stock and materials required for client presentations or sales demonstrations.
- Represent the company in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry conferences to build brand awareness and develop new business connections.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any objections or issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, and customer service) to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Collect and share feedback from clients and prospects to help improve products, services, and processes.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.1–42years of experience in field sales, business development, or client acquisition.Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Excellent relationship-building and customer service abilities.Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.Skills Required
