Job descriptionManage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for staffing operations. Lead end-to-end financial management for staffing operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cost allocation, and profitability analysis. Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy in P&L, balance sheets, accruals, and reconciliations. Manage statutory compliance for US / Canada payroll taxes, corporate tax filings, W2 / 1099 processes, T4 / T4A filings, and other regulatory requirements. Monitor AR / AP cycles, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, vendor management, and financial controls. Implement and optimize financial systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or similar) to support streamlined reporting and automation. Collaborate closely with Delivery, HR, and Payroll teams to maintain accurate financial data for staffing operations. Manage client-specific financial requirements, including rate analysis, profitability tracking, pricing models, and SOW financial oversight. Support business expansion planning, M&A assessments, and financial risk evaluation for US / Canada markets. Oversee compliance, audits, and financial reporting. Support leadership with data-driven financial insights. Ensure smooth financial processes aligned with US / Canada staffing standards. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for payroll, billing, and client financials. CPA trained or certification Prior experience in US or Canada staffing industry. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and compliance. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Hands-on expertise in financial reporting tools and ERP systems Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax laws, staffing compliance, and multi-state payroll regulations.

Shift Timing : Night Shifts
Timing : 7 : 30 PM to 4 : 30 AM IST (Monday to Friday)
