Job descriptionA high level of interaction and collaboration with Business, Technical Management, and support functions (Finance / Sales, Quality, etc.). A global, pragmatic, and simplified approach. Challenging current processes with the aim of rationalization. Profile : Degree in business administration with a specialization in controlling, finance, or management. Professional experience in project controlling, ideally in a multicultural environment. Knowledge of a back-office environment (SAP, Oracle…) Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage. Affinity for numbers and strong analytical thinking skills. Conscientious, structured, and independent working style combined with an understanding of interrelationships. Confident appearance with a convincing personality.

Job Description :
- Ensure the relevance and quality of the financial information on the monthly performance of projects.
- Guarantee monthly communication and alerts to the concerned departments (Business, Technical Management, Sales Administration, Finance, etc.).
- Take over budget evaluation and re-evaluation of cost estimates in collaboration with project managers.
- Track and monitor the overall project budget concerning defined goals (Targets).
- Ensure the alignment of our elements with the Back-Office and Finance.
- Produce analyses and summaries by Business area and by Technical Management.
- Organize and manage the processes for constructing semi-annual targets on which the objective systems are based.
- Independently organize monthly project review meetings with business units and Technical organization.
