Channel Support Officer

Job Responsibilities :

• Franchisee management - Supporting the franchises in their backend operations.
• Arranging Programme Training for Course Instructors and Franchisees.
• Software Support to Franchisees.
• Stock Management and Collections.
• Preparing business, Review trackers & data analytics Support during prodigies.
• Payment collection (kits and royalty)

Candidate requirements :

Experience : 3 to 5 years of experience.

Education : UG Degree : B.com / any UG preferred & PG degree : preferable

Languages : Tamil & English (must)

Skills Required :

Proficient in Excel, MS-Office & Team Management
