Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Coordinator role located in New Delhi. The Sales Coordinator will focus on supporting the sales team with day-to-day operations, managing communication with customers, and ensuring smooth sales processes. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, coordinating between sales and other departments, maintaining sales records, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role is pivotal in driving customer satisfaction and contributing to operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in basic office software and sales tools; CRM experience is a plus
