About the Role :
We’re looking for a sharp, culturally tuned-in Associate Creative Director – Copy to lead breakthrough storytelling across mainline and digital platforms. Someone who doesn’t just write copy but crafts narratives, builds brand worlds, and drives impact.
You’ll be the voice behind iconic campaigns, AI-led brand activations, and stunning brand films. If you can flip between FMCG, beauty, and BFSI with ease and bring the same spark to every sector you’re probably who we’re looking for.
What You’ll Do :
- Lead copy across integrated campaigns, from pitch to production
- Conceptualize and execute brand films, digital content, and AI-led activations
- Mentor and guide copywriters and junior creatives
- Collaborate closely with art directors, strategists, and account teams
- Own the tone of voice and storytelling for multiple brands
- Stay ahead of pop culture, trends, and tech to fuel fresh thinking
