Job descriptionDegree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design 5+ years experience in executing high-end modular interior projects Sound technical understanding of modular systems, finishes, and fitment tolerances Strong ability to read and coordinate GFCs, shop drawings, and service layouts Proficient in project management tools, MS Excel, and basic CAD reading Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and team coordination skills Experience working with high-net-worth clients or luxury home developers is a plus Flexibility to manage multiple sites and travel as required

Job Summary :
We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager to lead the on-site execution of high-end modular interior projects. This role requires deep expertise in modular furniture systems, an understanding of premium residential fit-outs, and strong coordination capabilities to deliver flawless installations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee end-to-end execution of modular interiors for luxury residential projects
- Coordinate between design, factory, logistics, and site teams for timely and quality execution
- Interpret detailed modular shop drawings and ensure accurate implementation on site
- Supervise installation teams across cabinetry, paneling, and modular furniture systems
- Track project milestones, monitor costs, and ensure high-quality workmanship
- Manage site readiness checks and coordinate civil / electrical works in alignment with modular fitments
- Maintain daily site reports, snag lists, and client communication
- Ensure project handover meets brand and client expectations
- Uphold safety protocols and quality standards at all times
