Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualise, design, and produce high-quality visual content for a range of platforms, including social media posts, website assets, presentations, email campaigns, and print marketing materials.
• Plan, shoot (when necessary), edit, and produce engaging video content, including short-form social media videos (e.g., Reels, Shorts), promotional ads, and internal communications.
• Create and integrate motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance video projects and digital campaigns.
• Utilise AI-powered design and video tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, DALL-E) to streamline workflows, generate innovative concepts, and enhance the quality and efficiency of creative deliverables.
• Ensure all visual assets align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all channels.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and product teams, to understand project requirements and deliver effective visual solutions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, priorities tasks, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in graphic design, video editing, and AI technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
