Job description

Role Overview

Responsible for strategic growth and executive engagement across large enterprise accounts. This role partners closely with Customer Success to drive commercial expansion, strengthen C-suite relationships, and deliver HR transformation outcomes. HR Tech / HRMS experience is mandatory to effectively manage complex enterprise deployments and stakeholder environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead commercial ownership for high-value HR Tech enterprise accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with CHRO, CIO, CFO, and transformation leaders.
  • Drive cross-sell / upsell of HRMS modules, services, and integrations.
  • Lead Executive Business Reviews and strategic alignment sessions.
  • Develop and execute joint account plans and governance frameworks.
  • Identify risks (churn, adoption, competitive threats) and act proactively.
  • Represent customer needs internally and influence product roadmap.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience (Mandatory)

  • 15+ years in Enterprise Account Management / Customer Strategy within HR Tech, HRMS, or Payroll SaaS.
  • Proven success managing multi-million-dollar enterprise accounts and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of HR technology landscapes, digital HR transformation, and enterprise buying cycles.
  • Skills

  • Strong commercial acumen and value-selling capability.
  • Executive presence with excellent stakeholder management.
  • Strategic thinker with customer-first mindset.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Hands-on HR Tech / HRMS experience is non-negotiable.
