LaFetch is India’s freshest fashion marketplace — 60-minute delivery, homegrown brands, high-energy content, and a team that’s building the future of how fashion is consumed.

Now we need someone who can take our raw footage, chaotic ideas, brand references, and last-minute briefs…

and turn them into

clean, sharp, scroll-stopping videos

that feel very LaFetch.

This role is perfect for someone who thinks in cuts, hooks, pacing, and transitions — not someone who needs a week to edit a 12-second clip.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

Editing MAG posts and bringing our editorial visuals to life

Aligning brand videos with GrowCo so everything stays premium and consistent

Editing quick, fast-turnaround content that moves at the speed of trends

Editing SWL content with clarity, storytelling, and punch

Creating and formatting WhatsApp campaign videos (promotional + transactional)

Running post-posting analysis and growth experiments to see what’s working and what needs a better cut

Basically… if it moves on LaFetch, you probably edited it.

The Basics

This isn’t a “sit quietly, edit slowly” role.

This is an o n-ground, in-office, 0→1 startup video role.

You’ll be working out of our Gurgaon office, 5 days a week

Saturdays and Sundays are off

This is full-on, high-energy work — you’ll learn, grow, and build fast

If you’re from another state and ready to relocate, amazing — just note that travel and stay aren't separate allowances (included in your salary)

Edit fast without losing quality

Understand modern editing : pacing, cuts, retention, transitions, hooks

Know how to keep visuals premium, clean, and brand-aligned

Love experimenting with styles, formats, and storytelling

Understand what keeps people watching and what makes them scroll away

Are comfortable receiving briefs and turning them around quickly

Are obsessed with improving your craft — new plugins, new styles, new formats

Who We’re Looking For

Strong experience in video editing (short-form is a must)

Good understanding of brand tone and visual consistency

Someone who can own an editing pipeline end-to-end

Strong communication and teamwork — you’ll work with designers, creators, founders, GrowCo, and the creative team daily

A fast learner with taste, intuition, and high standards
