HR Internship

Description

We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to join our team in India. This role is designed for freshers / entry-level candidates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in human resources and contribute to our HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials.
• Maintain employee records and assist in HR documentation.
• Help in organizing training sessions and employee engagement activities.
• Assist with payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
• Conduct research on HR best practices and support HR projects.
