Head of Product & Operations

To lead the

build, integration, and operational launch

of next-generation

fintech and crypto payment platforms

under I Game Pay Technologies Inc..

The role requires a technically strong and entrepreneurial leader who can manage product development, oversee contract developers, and coordinate with global service providers such as

wallet infrastructures, card issuers, crypto custody platforms, on / off-ramp exchanges, and compliance vendors .

This person will act as the

execution face

of I Game Pay, ensuring the smooth delivery of all technology and operations while the Founder retains strategic oversight.

Key Responsibilities 1. Product & Technical Oversight

Lead coordination with

contract development teams

for platform build-outs and integrations.

Oversee architecture, testing, and deployment pipelines.

Evaluate and integrate new technologies (e.g.

Fireblocks ,

Safeheron ,

Privy ,

card issuing APIs ,

DEX integrations , and

custodial / non-custodial wallet infra ).

Translate business needs into technical tasks and timelines.

2. Operations & Launch Readiness

Establish operational processes for product testing, user onboarding, and support.

Manage compliance integrations (KYC / KYB, AML, transaction monitoring).

Build and document

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

for platform management.

Ensure uptime, reliability, and user experience benchmarks are met.

3. Partnerships & Vendor Management

Identify and onboard new

payment, blockchain, and infrastructure service providers .

Negotiate terms and SLAs with global partners.

Maintain cost efficiency and ensure all integrations meet security and compliance standards.

4. Governance & Reporting

Maintain transparent reporting to the Founder on progress, risks, and deliverables.

Prepare

monthly product and budget performance reports .

Manage confidentiality, data security, and business continuity measures.

5. Leadership & Representation

Act as the operational representative of I Game Pay Technologies Inc. in meetings with vendors, developers, and strategic partners.

Mentor junior operations or tech staff as the team grows.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of

blockchain wallet infrastructure, card issuance, and crypto payments .

Proven experience in

fintech product management and API integrations .

Hands-on project management and technical documentation ability.

Analytical, detail-oriented, and solution-driven.

Clear communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

High discretion and trustworthiness.

Qualifications & Experience

5–10 years in fintech, crypto, or digital payments.

Background in software, engineering, or financial technology operations.

Prior experience leading cross-border or remote teams is a plus.
