Role Overview

The Hiring Intern will support the HR and Talent team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various roles. This is a good learning role for someone who wants hands-on experience in recruitment, communication, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Conduct initial HR screening calls
• Maintain applicant tracking sheets and records
• Support onboarding activities and documentation
• Assist with HR communication, follow-ups, and internship closures
• Prepare weekly recruitment status reports
