We’re looking for an HR Operations Associate to support the Talent Acquisition team with maintaining clean, well-structured data across systems, job boards, and tools. You’ll ensure accuracy in candidate records, assist with job postings and renewals, and help streamline operational workflows within platforms like Retool, Talvin, and other internal tools . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, organization, and attention to detail.

What You’ll Do

Maintain clean, consistent candidate and job data across Retool, Talvin, and job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, IIM Jobs, etc.).

Perform regular data hygiene and cleanup , ensuring accuracy and completeness across systems.

Support the TA team with job postings, renewals, and basic candidate coordination .

Partner with recruiters to ensure all profiles, stages, and interview updates are correctly reflected.

Assist with light reporting and documentation , helping streamline recurring TA operations.

What You Bring

3-6 years in HR Operations , Recruiting Coordination , or Talent Acquisition support .

Excellent command of Google Sheets / Excel and comfort handling structured data.

High attention to detail, follow-through, and operational discipline.

Familiarity with tools like Retool , Airtable , ATS systems , or similar platforms.

Clear communication and a calm, dependable work style.

Bonus Points If You :

Have managed multiple job boards or sourcing platforms.

Enjoy creating order from complexity - documenting, improving, and organizing.

Have experience working in global or startup environments.
