ECommerce Accounting Coordinator

🔹 About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to manage daily accounting operations, reconciliations, invoicing, and ERP entries. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills and experience in handling E-commerce accounting, especially with Amazon Seller accounts.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update ledger accounts with accuracy.
• Enter and follow up on insurance claims for timely settlement.
• Generate sales invoices and ensure accurate documentation.
• Handle Amazon account reconciliation including sales, returns, fees, and payment tracking.
• Maintain proper account records for sales bills and payments received / to be received .
• Operate ERP software such as Busywin and Catpro for daily accounting work.
• Assist in Quarterly QC Reconciliation with Amazon.
• Prepare Excel-based reports using V-Lookup , Pivot Tables, and major formulas.
