Your Role

GalaxiQ builds AI-driven marketing automation, real-time analytics and creative content workflows. We’re looking for an ML Ops Engineer who can turn experimental models into reliable, scalable production systems.

You will :

Design and maintain end-to-end ML / LLM pipelines (training, evaluation, deployment).

Build and operate model serving (APIs, workers, streaming consumers).

Set up CI / CD for ML with proper testing, versioning and rollback.

Own monitoring & observability (latency, drift, failures, business KPIs).

Work with AI, data, and product teams to productionize notebooks into hardened services.

Optimize cloud cost and performance across compute, storage, and models.

What You Bring

3+ years in backend / DevOps / ML Ops.

Strong Python (bonus : Node.js / TypeScript) and cloud (GCP / AWS / Azure).

Hands-on with Docker and Kubernetes or Cloud Run.

Experience with CI / CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).

Familiarity with data / ML tooling (Airflow / Prefect, MLflow / W&B, BigQuery or similar).

Nice to Have

Experience with LLM / AI APIs (OpenAI, Vertex, Bedrock) and vector DBs.
