Job descriptionOverall experience : 8–14 years, with at least 5+ years in LIMS implementation and project management for Life Sciences clients. Core expertise : Hands-on experience with LIMS platforms (e.G., LabWare, LabVantage, Thermo Fisher SampleManager, STARLIMS). Strong understanding of Life Sciences processes : R&D, Quality Control (Small molecules and large molecules), Manufacturing, Regulatory Compliance. Knowledge of GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and other regulatory requirements . Project Management Skills : Proven ability to manage end-to-end LIMS projects – from requirements gathering, design, configuration, validation, and deployment to hypercare. Experience in stakeholder engagement , vendor coordination, and managing global teams. Technical & Functional Skills : Integration of LIMS with ERP, MES, CDS, and other lab instruments. Familiarity with data migration, validation protocols, and electronic records / e-signatures . Soft Skills : Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to handle conversations with senior business and technology leaders. Tools : Expertise in MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint for planning and reporting. Lead LIMS implementation projects for global pharmaceutical and biotech clients. Serve as Project Manager ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with compliance standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, QA, QC, Manufacturing, and Regulatory. Drive requirements workshops , solution design, and validation activities. Manage risk, quality, and change control throughout the project lifecycle. Mentor junior consultants and contribute to firm-building initiatives , including developing accelerators and best practices for LIMS implementations.
