About the Role

We are looking for an Industrial Designer who will take ownership in shaping the design language and product experience of our modular / prefab pods. This role involves hands-on product design, from concept to prototype, along with creating visual and communication assets that bring ideas to life. You will work at the intersection of design, engineering, and architecture - defining form, materials, and usability to make our modular products functional, scalable, and visually coherent.

Key Responsibilities

• Research & Concept Generation : Conduct product and market research, analyze existing solutions, and generate creative design concepts for new modular / prefab products.
• Product Design : Design and develop modular / prefab products and components from concept sketches through 3D CAD models and prototypes.
• Material & Finishes (CMF) : Define appropriate colors, materials, finishes, and manufacturing methods that align with product performance, aesthetics, and scalability.
• Design Communication : Develop visuals, renders, and presentations to effectively communicate design intent and functionality to clients.
• Prototyping : Build and test prototypes to validate design and usability.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, architecture, and business teams to ensure alignment between design vision, technical feasibility, and product strategy.
• Design System Development : Maintain and evolve design standards and documentation for product identity and communication.
