Job descriptionOversee the design, development, and customization of refrigeration solutions for commercial applications. Ensure solutions meet regulatory, safety, and environmental standards. Provide advanced technical support for complex customer requirements. Collaborate with sales teams and customers to understand requirements and propose tailored solutions. Conduct presentations and technical training for customers and stakeholders. Manage multiple application engineering projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. Monitor project progress and resolve technical challenges. Drive innovation in product applications and sustainable refrigeration technologies. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge. Work closely with the R&D, manufacturing, and product management teams to enhance product offerings. Support regional and global initiatives in line with CCR’s strategic goals. Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Refrigeration, or a related engineering field. Experience : 8+ years in application engineering or a similar role Proven track record in the commercial refrigeration industry is highly preferred. Technical Skills : Able to do heat loads in both manual / Software Able to Select and recommend suitable equipment according to segment / application Knowledge on Flow controls and Flow control selection Understanding the scope of insulation and select suitable insulation materials Knowledge on pressure drop and velocity drop calculations Able to do detail engineering in terms of piping, fittings, flow controls, insulation, electrical cabling, cable trays, clamping and support works. A Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, thermodynamics, and heat transfer. Familiarity with relevant design tools and software (e.G., CAD, simulation tools). Soft Skills : Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
