Timings : 9 : 30 AM – 6 : 30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Type : Full Time

Compensation : ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Experience : 0–5 years (Stock market sales / financial services preferred)

About the Role As a Sales Investment Counsellor , you will convert leads into active customers by understanding their investment needs and presenting Fynocrat’s research-backed stock market products. You will play a key role in achieving monthly sales targets while ensuring high professionalism and client satisfaction.

Salary Breakdown 0–2 years : ₹25,000 – ₹30,000

2–4 years : ₹30,000 – ₹35,000

4+ years : Up to ₹40,000

(Final salary depends on experience and candidate performance.)

Key Expectations Achieve monthly sales targets of 3×–4× of the fixed salary .

Minimum 70% target achievement required to receive fixed salary.

Maintain professionalism, persistence, and performance-driven work ethics.

Ensure transparent, trust-based client conversations.

Key Responsibilities Engage with company-provided leads and convert them into customers.

Understand client goals, risk appetite, and preferences to recommend suitable research products.

Meet and exceed weekly / monthly sales targets.

Build strong client relationships for renewals and referrals.

Conduct follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and email.

Maintain accurate CRM and client data.

Coordinate with Research & Customer Service teams for smooth onboarding.

Stay updated with market trends and product insights.

Adhere to SEBI guidelines and Fynocrat compliance policies.

Key Skills & Competencies Strong communication & persuasion (English + Hindi).

Understanding of stock market basics & equity products.

Experience in Banking, Finance, Policy, Insurance, or Stock Market Sales.

Ability to handle objections and close sales.

Strong relationship management and client-handling skills.
