Your Mission

This role is not for the average engineering manager.

We’re looking for someone who thrives on chaos, codes hands-on when needed, recruits top engineers, and builds systems that scale — from zero to millions. You’ll work closely with the founder and drive engineering across the board : backend, frontend, AI, infra / devops, and product velocity .

What You’ll Do

• Lead : Build and lead a world-class engineering team from scratch — backend, frontend, AI / ML, DevOps.
• Own the stack : Architect, ship, and optimize systems across Java, Spring Boot, Python, Angular, Postgres, NLP, AI Agents, Langchain, LLMs, Voice Agents and cloud infra (AWS / GCP).
• Ship fast : Set up high-velocity development practices that balance scrappy MVPs with long-term stability.
• Hire smart : Help build a top-tier engineering culture — with smart hiring, strong mentorship, and hands-on code reviews.
