The Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Manager is responsible for leading a team of engineers to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of an Allegions's systems and services. This role combines software engineering and operations expertise to build and maintain robust infrastructure, automate processes, and drive continuous improvement. The SRE Manager works closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to establish reliability goals, implement best practices, and respond to incidents effectively.
