Role Overview

We are hiring for a senior-level engineering rol e to lead the engineering functio n at a manufacturing site in Bangalore. The role involves overseeing engineering operations, managing utilities and maintenance, driving capital projects, and ensuring compliance with global quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage al l engineering and maintenance operatio ns at the manufacturing site.
• Oversee plan t utiliti es (HVAC, water systems, compressed air, boilers, etc.) for uninterrupted operations
• Driv e preventive and breakdown maintenan ce activities with strong documentation and tracking
• Plan and execut e capital and infrastructure projec ts within budget and timelines
• Ensure full compliance wit h GMP, EHS, and other regulatory norms
• Collaborate with production, quality, and supply chain teams for plant readiness and efficiency
• Lead energy conservation, cost reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Mentor and manage th e engineering te am to deliver operational excellence
