Exide is also deeply invested in further developing li-ion technology with significant R&D investments including setup of in-house team as well as necessary lab infrastructure to support development activities.Role Objectives : To Drive Initiatives for Business facing applications.Lead the conceptualization, construction, and continuous support of software applications, addressing the organization's operational needs.Guarantee that applications are secure, adaptable, and optimized for peak performance.Remain abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to augment existing applications and suggest innovative solutions.Strategically plan, prioritize, and manage multiple concurrent application development projects.Articulate project objectives, scope, and deliverables. Vigilantly monitor project advancement, budget, and timelines.Ensure that projects are executed within scope and adhere to established schedules.Engage with business stakeholders to compile and comprehensively grasp application requisites.Foster regular communication with other departments to guarantee that applications align with their requirements.Roles and Responsibility : Cultivate robust partnerships with vendors, if applicable.Deploy rigorous testing protocols to detect and rectify software flaws.Assure comprehensive testing of applications for functionality, security, and performance.Develop and enforce coding standards and exemplar practices. Formulate and manage the applications department's fiscal budget.Exercise oversight over expenditures to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.Uphold meticulous documentation for applications, including user manuals and technical guides.Deliver training and user support to maximize the effective utilization of applications.Institute and enforce security measures to safeguard sensitive data and ensure conformity with pertinent regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, DPDP).Routinely evaluate and address vulnerabilities in applications. Knowledge and experience of intercompany processes in SAPMandatory Skills : SAP, Application lifecycle management Know how, SQL, API Working knowledge.
