Eligibility Criteria :

MBA Finance / CA with minimum 10 years of total banking experience
Knowledge of Working capital products in Agri SME space will be an added advantage.
Team handling experience of atleast 3-4 years.

Job Description :

To acquire working capital cases from the market from Agri SME space.

To lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers and Senior Relationship Managers.

To recruit, hire and train the manpower for his / her own team.

To achieve assigned target for book growth, fees and cross sell.

To maintain hygiene and compliance in the assigned portfolio.
