We are looking for a Salesforce QA Engineer with 5+ years of experience to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in manual and automated testing, a strong grasp of Salesforce core functionalities, and the ability to collaborate with development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Validate Salesforce core functionalities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other relevant clouds.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing to ensure system stability.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to analyze requirements and define test strategies.
• Utilize testing tools like Selenium, GIT, Jira, and Postman for automation and API testing.
• Conduct manual and automated testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Write and execute SQL queries for data validation and integrity checks.
• Use Salesforce Inspector, Workbench, and Dev Console for daily testing needs.
• Identify, document, and troubleshoot defects, working closely with development teams.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and best practices to enhance testing processes.
