Job description :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and passionate Hindi Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join us on a contractual basis for 6 months. The primary responsibility of this role will be to create high-quality textbook content by referring to prescribed source materials, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with curriculum standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and structure textbook content for Hindi based on reference materials provided.

Write clear, accurate, and engaging lessons, explanations, and exercises.

Create practice questions, activities, and examples aligned with curriculum requirements.

Review, edit, and proofread content to ensure linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance.

Collaborate with editors, instructional designers, and the academic team to refine content.

Ensure timely delivery of content as per project timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Hindi, Literature, Linguistics, or related field.

Proven experience in textbook writing, academic content development, or teaching.

Strong command of Hindi grammar, literature, and pedagogy.

Familiarity with curriculum standards (e.g., CBSE / ICSE / State Boards).

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Ability to adapt content for different grade levels in a student-friendly manner.
