We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional who can manage heavy monthly bookkeeping while also supporting operations and workflow coordination . This role suits someone ambitious, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and eager to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end monthly bookkeeping for US / UK clients
• Month-end close : reconciliations, journals, accruals, prepayments
• Prepare P&L, Balance Sheet, Cashflow , variance analysis
• Maintain accurate books in Xero and QBO
• Operational coordination : manage workflows, ensure task deadlines, maintain records
• Assist with client onboarding , account setup, and documentation
• Support process improvements and help streamline internal workflows
• Collaborate with accounting teams and management to ensure smooth delivery
