Job descriptionDevelop, implement, and execute successful SEO strategies that align with business objectives to maximize organic visibility and traffic. Keyword Research : Conduct thorough and continuous keyword research to identify high-value opportunities and guide content creation for content teams. Technical SEO : Review and identify technical SEO issues (e.g., site architecture, crawlability, indexing) and recommend effective fixes to ensure optimal website performance. On-page Optimization : Optimize website content, landing pages, and provide recommendations for paid search copy to improve relevance and performance. Off-page Optimization : Direct and manage off-page optimization projects, including effective link-building strategies. Performance Reporting : Collect, analyze, and report on key SEO metrics such as traffic, rankings, conversion rates, and other relevant SEO aspects, providing actionable insights. Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with social media and PPC (Pay-Per-Click) teams to ensure integrated campaign optimization and synergy. Trend Monitoring : Stay abreast of the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and integrated marketing best practices to ensure strategies remain cutting-edge.
What You Should Have :
- Experience : More than 4 years of proven work experience in SEO, SEM Manager, or similar roles, demonstrating a strong track record of success.
- SEO Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of standard and current SEO practices, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Technical Familiarity : Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS to understand website structure and implement SEO recommendations.
- Reporting Skills : Proven experience with comprehensive SEO reporting and analysis.
- Tool Proficiency : Familiarity with relevant SEO tools (e.g., Conductor, Screaming Frog, MOZ) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends).
- Communication : Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaborating with internal teams and presenting insights.
- Leadership & Organization : Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical Mindset : An analytical mindset with strong numerical aptitude, capable of interpreting data and drawing actionable conclusions.
- Education : BSc / BA in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
