Role Overview :
The SEO Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing SEO strategies that drive traffic, improve keyword rankings, and increase organic conversions.
You will lead on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives while collaborating with content, development, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategy & Planning :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with business objectives and revenue goals.
- Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and keyword opportunity assessments.
- Set and track KPIs such as keyword rankings, organic traffic, bounce rate, and domain authority.
On-Page Optimization :
Optimize web pages, blog posts, and landing pages for targeted keywords.Conduct regular audits to improve meta tags, headers, alt text, internal linking, and page structure.Collaborate with content teams to implement SEO best practices in new content development.Off-Page & Link Building :
Build high-quality backlinks through ethical outreach, partnerships, and digital PR strategies.Manage local SEO efforts, including Google Business Profile and local citations.Technical SEO :
Work with developers to address crawl errors, page speed issues, mobile responsiveness, and schema implementation.Conduct regular site health audits using tools like Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, etc.Ensure site architecture is optimized for both users and search engines.Monitoring & Reporting :
Track SEO performance metrics and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.Analyze user behavior, click-through rates, and conversion paths to refine strategy.Qualifications & Skills :
