Technical Product ManagementIn this rapidly evolving automotive world, drivebuddyAI looks for new ways to disrupt the status quo, go to market faster, and optimize customer experiences. We are seeking an experienced technical manager to lead the charge on this mission. The ideal candidate will have decent execution that will help drivebuddyAI expand across the globe as well as across the verticals. This role is ideal for someone with strong people management skills, knowledge and understanding of IOT Product, AI & cloud platform development related to the product. The product is categorised in IOT domain which requires understanding of the verticals to manage cross functional teams and manage deliveries across the product with dependencies.Objectives of this RoleManage the execution of the project under the product including planning, execution, monitoring.Define project scope, objectives, deliverables and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders including documentation of eachManage resource allocation & team bandwidth to effectively manage project activities and deliverablesCoordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficient execution of the project tasksDefine & Track OKRs, and support performance based evaluationsHandle task planning across R&D, Production & customer level effortsMonitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items such as milestones and deliverablesForster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting effective communication and knowledge sharing in hybrid teamsCoordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-upsResolve conflicts and remove obstacles for smooth deliveriesPrepare project-level data for financial reporting and stakeholder visibilityRequired Skills and QualificationsBachelor’s or Masters degree in Electronics or Computer ScienceProven experience as project manager, mandatory with IOT based products or cloud platformsStrong knowledge and understanding of software development methodologies, tools and framework along with understanding of AI, Data Science & Machine Learning projectsDemonstrated ability to manage cross-functional project teamsExcellent organisational and time management skills with ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlinesStrong problem solving and decision making abilities with a proactive and solution oriented mindsetExperience with agile / scrum methodologies and project management toolsMin. of 4 years of experience of management in AI & Embedded Hardware product developmentStrong communicator - verbal and writtenExperience with OKR frameworks and performance management
