Elior - Transition Manager

Elior Group , headquartered in France is one of the leading global players in Food services, operating in India since 2017 with presence across metro cities.

We are looking for an Experienced Transition Manager for our India Business.

Purpose of the Job Role

The Transition Manager Food Operations is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of transitioning & deployment of Elior Indias food service propositions in new or existing sites.

This includes planning, coordinating, and executing all activities required to ensure seamless handovers and operational continuity.

The role demands strong leadership, project management skills, and deep knowledge of food service operations.

Roles and Planning & Execution :

• Develop and implement detailed transition plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Act as single point of contact for Client and internal operational leaders.
• Ensure the transition follows in accordance with the operational and financial objectives of the bid.
• Coordinate pre-opening / pre-transition activities including staffing, training, procurement, and logistics.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure all operational standards are met.
