HR & Business Operations Intern

We’re looking for a hands-on and curious intern to join our team. This role offers a unique 360-degree experience into recruitment, onboarding, client interaction, and business growth for our fast-scaling SaaS products. You’ll work closely with internal teams, potential customers, and partners, playing a crucial part in both people and business operations.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee documentation.
• Support training sessions, induction programs, and internal communication.
• Help manage employee queries, benefits coordination, and HR reports.
• Demonstrate software features and assist in client onboarding.
• Schedule and document calls and meetings across hiring and client demos.
• Collaborate with customer success and HR teams to improve processes.
• Assist with market research, data entry, reporting, and documentation.
