Job description5–10 years of experience in technical design and development roles. Expertise in Layer 2 / 3 protocols, g RPC / g NMI / g NOI, HTTP / 2, and m TLS. Strong programming experience in Python 3.x and BDD-based test frameworks. Hands-on experience with Linux environments, containers, and YANG / NMTS XML, YAML, JSON . Familiarity with Netcracker, ONAP, Blue Planet, or Amdocs OSS / NMS tools. Knowledge of IP, MPLS, SR-MPLS, Ethernet, VLAN, MEF, and TMF standards.

Role Overview
As a Senior Network Management System Developer , you will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of the NMS platform supporting LEO Lightspeed networks . The role requires working within an Agile SAFe framework to deliver robust, scalable, and high-quality CNMS solutions. Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and enhance OSS / NMS systems for resource management, service monitoring, and fault management.
- Lead technical design and integration for Lightspeed network management solutions.
- Collaborate with vendors and ensure solutions align with industry standards.
- Maintain comprehensive CNMS documentation for transparency and operational efficiency.
- Develop YANG modules for modular resource and fault management functions.
- Design and maintain automated test suites for CNMS validation.
- Define and enforce network security standards; contribute to system-level modeling.
