Role Name : Junior Commercials Analyst / Commercial Executive

Experience : 2-3 Years

Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Business & Finance

Role : Seeking a highly detail-oriented Junior Commercials Analyst to ensure the accuracy and compliance of all commercial documentation and financials, Commercial Document Check, Records Management, Preparing Analysis, Reports.

Key Responsibilities

Document Scrutiny : Verify and validate commercial contracts, agreements, and supporting documentation.

Proofreading & QA : Meticulously proofread bills and invoices for errors, ensuring processing accuracy.

Due Diligence : Support basic due diligence by organizing and reviewing necessary documentation.

Reporting : Prepare accurate reports on document status, verification progress, and compliance.

Attention to Detail : Maintain rigorous quality control across all document-related tasks.

Requirements

Experience in a commercial, accounts or administrative role focused on documentation.

Exceptional attention to detail and proven proofreading skills.

Proficiency in standard office and document management software (SAP / Expedeon / Sharepoint)
