Middleware Administrator - Linux / Unix

Description :

We are seeking an experienced EM Ware Administrator to manage, configure, and optimize enterprise middleware environments that support critical business applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in middleware platforms, application servers, integration tools, and performance tuning ensuring high availability, scalability, and reliability across the enterprise IT landscape.

This role is a blend of technical administration, performance engineering, and automation, requiring close collaboration with development, infrastructure, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Middleware Administration & Configuration :

• Install, configure, and maintain middleware platforms such as Oracle WebLogic, IBM WebSphere, JBoss, Tomcat, or equivalent.
• Manage enterprise application deployments, upgrades, and environment migrations.
• Configure clustering, load balancing, and failover mechanisms for high availability.
• Perform patch management, version control, and configuration backup.
