Requirements

Required Qualifications & Skills :

🎓 Education : Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

🔹 Proven track record in business development and sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.

🔹 Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

🔹 Ability to develop and implement growth strategies effectively.

🔹 Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

🔹 Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

🔹 Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
