Currently under the AddedEducation brand, our business needs are focused on US, UK and Canada university admissions services, boarding school preparatory services and pre-high school development services.

Together, these programs form the foundation of a comprehensive approach to education that goes far beyond applications, shaping well-rounded individuals ready for success on a global stage.
We are looking for a highly strategic and creative storyteller who can architect, lead, and execute AddedEducation's global content engine. This role blends strategic narrative-building, content architecture, performance-driven content creation, and cross-functional leadership. You will shape how students, parents, partners, and global markets understand who we are and what we stand for.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Strategic Content & Storytelling
- Own and shape the content strategy for all counseling and non-counseling services across geographies.
- Build product- and region-specific storytelling frameworks tailored to cultural nuances, audience behavior, and platform dynamics.
- Articulate and codify AE's strategic narrative : What does AE stand for? Why is our value worth the investment?
- Build a compelling brand story that is aspirational, authoritative, and globally relevant.
- Develop creative campaigns for product launches, student success stories, mentor highlights, founder POVs, and signature brand moments.
- Lead content marketing efforts across ads, social media, website, webinars, and CRM touchpoints.
- Turn AE's impact and student results into thought leadership content that strengthens reputation across markets.
2. Content Architecture & Ecosystem Building
Build and maintain the overall content architecture across the funnel :Website pages, landing pages, lead magnets, case studies, blogs, videos, webinars, essays, curriculum content, advisor talking points, and more.Ensure every content piece maps to a clear step in the sales funnel.Create repeatable content systems-templates, scripts, narrative frameworks-for internal teams to scale output without dependence on founders.Convert student success into structured evidence such as : Forbes-style case studies, report-style content, parent-facing booklets, UHNW-friendly narratives, and research-backed whitepapers.3. Content-Driven Acquisition & Growth
Build inbound content channels so lead-generation is not solely founder-driven.Collaborate closely with performance marketing to turn content - leads - CRM nurturing - conversions.Write persuasive, conversion-led copy for all stages of the funnel, optimizing for high CTRs and low cost-per-lead.Develop high-performing digital ad content (Meta, TikTok, Google, LinkedIn), including scripts, short-form ads, and performance-first messaging.Conceptualize and produce webinar content-from topic ideation to final decks-that educates, builds trust, and converts.4. Content Planning & Execution
Build and manage a comprehensive content calendar for ads, social media, email, webinars, and brand moments.Write, edit, and optimize large volumes of short-form content with speed and creative excellence.Develop platform-specific video scripts, storyboards, hooks, and concepts optimized for algorithm performance.Build engagement-first content across organic social channels.Deliver punchy, persuasive copy for campaigns under short deadlines while maintaining high creative standards.Collaborate with design, product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across touchpoints.5. Performance & Platform Expertise
Possess a deep understanding of digital platforms-Meta, TikTok, Google, LinkedIn-and how their algorithms impact content.Continuously analyze performance (CTR, CPL, CVR, Engagement Rate) and iterate rapidly to improve results.Review historical campaign data to identify trends and create data-backed content roadmaps.Apply strong SEO, SEM, and keyword optimization practices to expand content reach and discoverability.Deliver high volumes of creatives with agility, adapting to platform updates and emerging content trends.6. Technical & Data-Driven Thinking
Use analytics and audience insights across geographies to determine what content performs best, where, and why.Experiment with multiple formats, tones, and channel mixes to stay ahead of digital trends.Continuously refine content strategy to maximize engagement, lead generation, and funnel conversion.7. Leadership & Collaboration
Bring strategic vision to the entire content ecosystem and translate big-picture goals into measurable campaigns.Collaborate with cross-functional teams-design, growth, product, sales, and service delivery-to ensure content aligns with organization priorities.Mentor internal writers and creative contributors; raise the overall quality of content output across the organization.Align storytelling with new product launches, regional market needs, and business expansion plans.Required Skills & Qualifications :
Minimum 6 years of experience in content strategy, storytelling, digital marketing, or growth-oriented content roles.Exceptional writing ability-concise, high-conversion, and most importantly, audience-sensitive.Experience building content for ads (Meta / TikTok / Google), social media, and top-to-bottom funnel campaigns.Strong analytical mindset with proven experience using performance metrics to guide creative decisions.Ability to work in a high-speed, high-output, experimentation-heavy environment.Comfort with leading cross-functional initiatives and taking ownership of the entire content ecosystem.What you will get from us, in return, is :
