Senior Legal Associate (Rs. 15 Lakh + CTC)

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Associate (with an experience of 5 end to end IPO transactions on the Main Board, this is non-negotiable) to join our Capital Markets team at our Gurgaon office. The role involves working on a variety of transactions in capital markets including but not limited to IPOs, Rights Issues, QIPs etc.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end execution and assist the Partner in capital markets transactions along with other projects
• Draft and review offer documents, agreements and regulatory filings
• Advise clients on ICDR, LODR, Companies Act and other applicable regulations
• Liaise with clients, merchant bankers, regulators and other intermediaries
• Conduct legal due diligence and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Mentor interns and contribute to knowledge sharing
