India’s $44B devotion economy is still largely offline. We’re bringing structure, accessibility, and meaning to this massive market and design is at the center of that transformation.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Lead Product Designer who can push the boundaries of what consumer experiences can be, at the intersection of AI, systems thinking, and human-centered design. This is not a role for someone who just ships screens. You’ll shape product strategy, influence business outcomes, and build design systems that scale to millions.

As part of a fast-moving, high-ownership design team, you’ll lead end-to-end design for flagship features and entirely new product lines. From 0 → 1 concepts to scaled experiences and play a key role in shaping the future of devotion-tech in India.

What You’ll Do

• Own the design vision for key product areas, from research and concept to launch and iteration
• Design AI-powered, data-driven experiences that improve engagement, conversion, and retention
• Build and evolve scalable design systems for both mobile and web platforms
• Partner closely with PMs, engineers, and data scientists to shape product roadmaps and define success metrics
• Leverage user insights, qualitative research, and behavioral data to inform and validate design decisions
• Champion design thinking and mentor junior designers, raising the bar for craft, systems thinking, and storytelling
• Push innovation through rapid experimentation, leveraging tools like Midjourney, DALL
• E, ChatGPT, Claude, and more
