Sikich is seeking a Senior Manager - HR with 15+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will lead the HR & TA functions.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage HR related activities including employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Closely work with senior management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to employee conduct and discipline.
- Manage performance review, compensation, and benefits processes.
- Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans and build talent pipeline for current and future job openings.
- Coordinate with US HRBPs.
- Measure key talent acquisition metrics.
- Meet monthly / quarterly / annual hiring targets.
- Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including communication, application process and interview process).
- Manage external partnerships with colleges, job boards and other avenues.
- Coordinate with business schools / colleges for campus placement.
Requirements for Successful Candidate
MBA in Human Resource Management, or relevant field.15+ years of experience in HR & TA.Managed team having 10+ team members.Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners. and candidates).Strong experience in managing full cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives.Strong understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.Good understanding of employment / labor laws.Proactive approach to accuracy and attention to detail.Aptitude for problem-solving.Strong interpersonal skills.Dynamic and extrovert in nature, capable of good networking skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Benefits of being a part of the team
