In digital marketing at PwC you will focus on leveraging digital platforms and strategies to drive brand awareness customer engagement and lead generation for clients. Your work will involve managing social media campaigns optimising website performance and implementing data-driven marketing strategies.

The Digital Presence Centre of Expertise is a global team accountable for developing the network strategy for driving the innovation and investment roadmap for the website and creating a seamless and personalized experience by leveraging PwCs MarTech stack .
As a Global Digital Experience Manager this position will work closely with territory digital teams to enable the design build and activation of territory web sites supporting a distinctive and relevant experience for clients.
Acting as a subject matter expert on Adobe Experience Suite and enabling territory teams to maximise investment in the platform
Working with territory teams to influence how the practice engages with the marketplace through to drive an aligned and seamless experience across the network
Communicating the value of and driving a consistent client experience across all domains
Leading the development testing and deployment of a complex website across multiple territories
Creating data-driven targeted personalized digital experiences ideally through Salesforce integration
Designing and building new microsites / pages refreshing sites and working with stakeholders at all levels to review and manage content in line with the brand identity
Leveraging analytical reporting using Adobe Analytics / Google and analysis of website metrics to understand user experience and content usage trends and make recommendations for improvement
Building and managing strong working relationships across a global network with IT and CRM teams content owners and developers and the business
Leveraging strong superior project management skills and effectively prioritizing / managing time to handle multiple projects simultaneously Managing execution of multiple projects simultaneously
Identifying best practice user experiences from throughout the network to leverage from territory-to-territory
Organizing and leading a cross-border community of interest focused on continuous improvement of and territory implementations.
