Timings : 9AM to 6PM

You’ll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to the complete bench sales and recruitment cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the full sales and recruitment lifecycle for the US IT industry.
• Post consultants’ resumes on major US job portals such as Indeed, Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and CareerBuilder.
• Communicate with clients and vendors in the US market when required.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms for sourcing and tracking candidates.
• Understand and adhere to the company’s terms and conditions during purchase order execution.
• Conduct feedback sessions with candidates after interviews.
