Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team on a commission-only basis . This is a part-time, flexible opportunity for a driven professional who understands the enterprise software landscape and can effectively communicate the value of integrated ERP, CRM, and HRM solutions to prospective clients.

Time Commitment

12-15 hours per week (Flexible scheduling)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries including Manufacturing, Distribution, Retail, Healthcare, Education, and Professional Services
• Conduct product demonstrations and consultative sales meetings showcasing XeERP, XeCRM, and XeHRM capabilities
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
• Understand client pain points and map XenonLabs solutions to their business requirements
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets
• Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure smooth client onboarding
