Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager Products located in Chinchwad. The General Manager Products will be responsible for overseeing product management and development, creating and implementing business plans, analyzing market trends, and managing sales strategies. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure that product goals align with the company’s strategic objectives. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities for product innovation and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective product delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Product Management and Product Development
• Proficient in Business Planning and possessing Analytical Problem-Solving Skills
• Experience in managing Sales operations and developing sales strategies
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar leadership role is preferred
