Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Manager located in Pune. The Service Manager will oversee daily operations, coordinate service activities, manage a technical team, and ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities include scheduling and monitoring maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, optimizing service performance, maintaining compliance with safety standards, and fostering strong client relationships to deliver timely and efficient service support.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Service Management, Operations, and Team Leadership within industrial settings
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues, with practical knowledge of troubleshooting and maintenance processes
• Familiarity with safety and regulatory compliance standards
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage client interactions and coordinate team tasks effectively
• Handling EOT Crane Installation ad Commissioning and post sales service management
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or a related field
• 5+ years experience in the crane or material handling industry is a plus
• Proficiency in using service management tools and technology for efficient operations
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines
