As a Windows Desktop Administrator, you will be responsiblefor managing and maintaining our Windows Desktop infrastructure, ensuring itsavailability, security, and seamless integration with other IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Desktop operating systems.
• Provide technical support for Windows-based desktops, addressing hardware,software, and network issues promptly.
• Perform regular system updates, patches, and security configurations to ensuredesktop systems are up-to-date and secure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows Desktop operating systems,application software, and hardware.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and support ofWindows Desktop environments.
• Implement and enforce security policies to protect desktop systems againstmalware, viruses, and unauthorized access.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and technologies related toWindows Desktop administration.
