Tax PMO needs a full-time analyst needed to support the PMO org in key deliverables related to Tax & Treasury reporting, and more broadly, to support executive deliverables across the Tax, Treasury, Insurance, and Stock Services functions. This role willpartner across Tax, Treasury and Finance teams to manage liquidity, capital, and intercompany flows while supporting core tax reporting and planning. The role will support global Tax and Treasury operations through data-driven insights, data management, reporting, operational excellence, strong process governance and compliant execution across Tax org processes. To manage data, this role will assist with the design and testing of Tax and Treasury applications, manages Oracle APEX-based data repositories, and prepares recurring reports and dashboards covering cash visibility, tax schedules, liquidity metrics, and capital planning. The analyst will support integrated Tax-Treasury workflows-including cash tax forecasting, intercompany settlements, repatriation and funding processes, withholding tax tracking, and compliance calendar alignment-while executing monthly and quarterly close tasks and preparing supporting schedules in coordination with Finance and IT. This role also supports research and benchmarking to support planning activities, maintains SOPs, RACIs, and control documentation, and provides audit and compliance support through organized evidence management. Additionally, the analyst documents end-to-end processes, manages task-level procedures, coordinates cross-functionally to gather inputs, and resolve dependencies, and maintains risk and issue logs to ensure timely follow-up, operational consistency, and continuous improvement across the Tax & Treasury function.
