Job Role : Associate HR
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals social media and campus drives
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
- Support onboarding and documentation processes
- Collaborate with HR team on employer branding initiatives
Qualifications
